Messaging availability
DM keyword, Story reply and Story mention automations, inbox replies and batches require an eligible professional Instagram account with messaging access. Broader access requires Meta approval. Inbox replies and batches stay within the 24-hour reply window; batches use existing contacts.
New-follower welcome DMs and DMs for unmentioned Story shares are unavailable on our current connection. Story mentions must tag your account.
AI reply suggestions: currently unavailable. The generation service is not enabled. No suggestion jobs are charged while it is unavailable. Saved replies and manual replies remain available for eligible conversations.

One person counts once per connected Instagram account each month, across campaigns, inbox replies and batch messages. Public replies and follow-up messages within their flow are included.
DM contacts are separate from creator-tool credits. Paid plans can buy 1,000 additional contacts for $10 USD. Purchased contacts do not expire and are used after the included allowance. No automatic purchase or recharge.
Counting, resets and failed sends
One person counts once per connected Instagram account each month, across campaigns, inbox replies and batch messages. Public replies and follow-up messages within their flow are included.
A contact counts when Instagram accepts the first DM. Public-reply-only campaigns count the first accepted reply instead. Failed sends, previews and duplicate events do not add contacts. Pending sends temporarily reserve capacity. Acceptance does not confirm delivery or a read.
Included contacts reset on the first day of each UTC calendar month and do not roll over. Annual plans receive the same monthly allowance. At the limit, existing conversations can finish; new people need available capacity.
Connect your own professional Instagram account and grant the required permissions before activating a campaign. Sending remains subject to Instagram eligibility and rate limits.

- Choose a comment, incoming DM, Story reply or Story mention trigger. Preview the conversation, save a draft and activate after the account checks pass.
- Use Contacts & inbox to add tags and private notes, pause automation for a contact, and reply while their 24-hour window is open.
- Select existing contacts, review your batch message and eligibility, then send. Instagram eligibility and your contact allowance are checked again before each send.
Before you turn on sending
- Free includes 100 contacts per month and one active campaign; Pro includes 1,000 contacts and Pro Plus 5,000. One person counts once per connected Instagram account per month across campaigns, inbox replies and batches. DM contacts are separate from creator-tool jobs.
- Activation checks the connected account and required permissions. DM and Story triggers, inbox replies and batches require messaging access. Broader messaging access still requires Meta approval; eligible connected accounts can use the features when their permissions pass. Follow-ups and inbox sends must stay inside Instagram’s 24-hour reply window.
- Only new eligible interactions can start automations. Existing comments are not backfilled. Historical chats and arbitrary lists of usernames cannot be imported for batch messaging. Opt-outs and per-contact automation pauses are respected.
- Welcome DMs for new followers and DMs for unmentioned Story shares are unavailable on VeroKit’s current Meta connection. Story mentions must tag your account.
- AI reply suggestions require your consent to share the selected message and supplied facts with OpenAI. Each completed suggestion uses one included creator-tool job; failed suggestions return the use. You review, edit and send separately. AI availability depends on the generation service.
- Accepted requests do not prove delivery or a read. Uncertain attempts are not automatically resent. Link requests include repeat visits and do not prove purchases. Email sharing is optional.
