Explore Comment insightsConnect Instagram with official comment permission or TikTok through its eligible Business Organic connection. Paste the owned post, Reel, or full TikTok video link. The importer verifies that the post belongs to the selected account before requesting comments. It does not use an arbitrary-post scraping fallback.
Include all available comments and replies or top-level comments only. Optionally exclude the connected owner’s comments and replies. Choose CSV for a flat file or Excel for a workbook with one Comments worksheet. The export preserves comment text, public account names, source links, dates, likes, and reply counts when the platform supplies them.
Use the spreadsheet to review campaign feedback, audience questions, product objections, and responses worth following up on. A comment export contains source evidence; it does not automatically prove campaign reach, sales, follower status, or sentiment. VeroKit’s separate Comment insights tool can analyze saved sources under its own plan or credit terms.
The successful extraction stays private in your account, where you can download it again without another extraction credit. Saved sources can be reused in a giveaway. Delete an unwanted source and its files from your storage manager. Exported spreadsheet cells are protected against formula injection.
Comment extraction is included with an active Creator Pro or Pro Plus subscription. Otherwise, extraction packs cost $3 for 1, $5 for 2, $12 for 5, or $20 for 10. One successful extraction from one post uses one credit. Existing saved downloads cost no additional credits.
You can request all available comments, including replies when selected. Results depend on the platform’s permissions, pagination, and API limits. Deleted, hidden, private, or restricted comments may be unavailable. An incomplete import is labeled as partial; the tool does not promise every comment shown by the social app.
No. You must authorize a supported owner account, and the importer verifies post ownership. A public URL alone is insufficient.
Standard TikTok login supplies analytics and counts, but it does not supply comment text for this importer. TikTok comments require the separate Business Organic connection and its approved comment permission.
New packs are separate: giveaway credits pay for saved draws, and extraction credits pay for standalone comment exports. Earlier comment-tool credits remain usable. Importing comments inside a giveaway adds no separate extraction charge; its social source download unlocks after the draw is saved or while you have a paid creator subscription.
A failed operation returns its reserved credit. A completed saved extraction can be downloaded again without running another extraction. Requesting a new snapshot is a new extraction.
